Weller Corporation maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or any form of corrupt behavior.
We comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, and all other applicable anti-corruption laws.
Third-party intermediaries must also adhere to these standards.
We are committed to protecting confidential information and personal data.
All employees must safeguard company and customer data in compliance with applicable laws such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and KVKK.
Unauthorized access, use, or sharing of data is strictly prohibited.
Employees are encouraged to speak up if they witness misconduct.
Concerns may be reported to HR, Legal, or via Weller’s confidential whistleblower platform.
Anonymous reports are accepted and investigated impartially.
Whistleblowers are protected under our strict anti-retaliation policy.
Employees and officers must avoid situations where personal interests could conflict—or appear to conflict—with the interests of Weller Corporation.
This includes financial relationships, outside employment, or accepting gifts that could influence decision-making.
Disclosures must be made to the Legal or Compliance teams for review and resolution.
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, termination, or legal proceedings.
