• Advanced Surgical and Medical Services — Delivered through our subsidiary Izmir HPB™, this segment encompasses specialized medical procedures, clinical care, and surgical innovations in hepatopancreatobiliary medicine. Izmir HPB™ operates under certified medical and hospital compliance frameworks in line with international healthcare standards.
Weller & Co. partners with rigorously vetted third-party suppliers and certified laboratories to ensure that all Rootly™ products meet international safety, quality, and labeling standards.

As an importer of goods into the United States, Weller & Co. ensures that all Rootly™-branded products meet U.S. FDA import requirements and comply with relevant customs, labeling, and food safety regulations.
Our overseas supply chain partners are vetted for regulatory adherence, and all shipments are subject to inspection, testing, and customs clearance protocols as required under U.S. law.
Izmir HPB™ is a licensed and accredited medical facility operating under national and international healthcare regulations.
It holds certifications that ensure compliance with clinical governance, medical ethics, and surgical best practices, including:
• Turkish Ministry of Health licensing
• International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG)
• JCI accreditation or equivalent national certification (where applicable)

Weller & Co. sources ingredients and finished goods from certified suppliers outside the United States.

Weller Corporation distributes regulated consumable goods under its Rootly™ brand and provides medically governed services through Izmir HPB™.
